Communication was a bit challenging, but everything went exactly as scheduled and the whole process was super smooth, nothing extra or confusing. The car ran great and was really comfortable to drive, and it was actually our first time driving through rain and snow. This rental company is one we feel we can really trust.

We finally left windy cars with the third car presented. 1st car pointed out no rear reg plate, no problem, it was as stopped by police check, turned back. 2nd car filthy too big and automatic, never drove one before. 3rd car after check and petrol, set off at 11.30am having arrived 9.50am to complete paperwork. On return offered a lift into town.

I reserved Hyundai i20 or similar, automatic transmission, got Nissan Micra with automatic transmission. Nissan Micra was superb. A little, lively car that had no problem fighting the crazy steep highway hills in southwest Turkey. The car was in a good condition and the person who handed it over to me checked with me on all scratches beforehand and reported them in a protocol. The drop-off was smooth and fast.
