Good value, convenient location

I waited 1 hour 45 mins just for pickup since there were many bookings and no staff. Had to wait outside in winter since there was no space to even get inside the showroom. Finally got my vehicle at 6.45pm. very painful.

Had to wait over an hour at rental store to rent. Pre paid for the car and then was told I had to pay significant amount more. I had to no choice but to pay. Car was dirty inside and outside , trash left in the car. Got going on my trip and was waiting for the car to cool down with air conditioner, only to find that it did not work. Was in rush hour traffic so I could not turn around to get a new car. Terrible experience overall.

I rented a Hyundai Grand Santa Fe or equal. When I came there they wanted to give me a Jeep Renegade (which is absolutely not equal). Aside of it was standing a Hyundai Grand Santa Fe, so I said: 'I rented that one want to have that one'. The lady said, that is another type of Hyundai Grand Santa Fe (which was not true) so you need to pay extra. I paid extra and took it. But in fact I paid double for a car I already hired. Pick up location requires shuttle to get to, very inconvenient and difficult to find, especially after travelling long haul with young children and many bags. Extra time required when returning vechicle, difficult to get to especially with construction and traffic on highways. Very easy to underestimate time required to get to location, drop off car, await shuttle, transport to airport, and make check in. Rental location should be at airport site. Although rental was fine, I will avoid renting again from this location due to the excessive time and difficulty accessing, especially if flight lands late in the evening.

I drove 30 min in snow storm to the pick up location just to be told that there is no car for me. The unqualified bearded customer service guy kept reapting that there is nothing they can do and its my problem and i should go rent somwhere else because i am. Just loosing my time arguing.
