Paid for a Mercedes but got a Ford with 100,000 kilometers. The counter didn't show the contract, just asked me to sign and said it would be emailed later, which turned out to be a trap! The next day, when I discovered it via email, Zuzuche said it had to be handled on my own, which I understand as they are just a platform with no authority. Since I signed it myself, they completely ignored my emails.

The counter was easy to find. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient, and the car was in good condition. However, it was the first time I heard that there were additional fees for driving across multiple countries in Europe. It felt like the front desk was just looking for ways to charge extra.

A very good car rental company. Picked up the car at Munich Airport according to the directions in the comments. The service was provided by a sweet girl dressed in traditional Bavarian attire. You need to go to the parking lot and find the car based on the parking space number. The car was very clean inside and out. The only issue was not hearing clearly about a small parking ticket needed to leave the lot, resulting in an awkward delay at the exit.
