Eventually, I reached the manager via email (though it was one day later), and the manager was very friendly, refunding the cost for the last day.

Car was damaged - beyond what is acceptable from a reputable car rental brand And I am being charged 2 extra rental days - without any explanation!

The Peugeot 308 we were given had been damaged quite badly on the front drivers side above the wheel arch. Ordinarily I would have expected a cosmetically excellent condition vehicle inside and out but the car drove fine so no real issue for us.

Dislike: It would be much better for the contract printed in bilingual, i.e. French and English as we are unable to understand French. Confusion may offer due to communication problems.
