Long waiting time in line.

After using five or six car rental companies in the US, T is undoubtedly the worst. Starting with the rogue-like booking method: the price was cheap when booking, but later they forcefully added third-party insurance, claiming you can't drive without it. Then why allow bookings in the first place? As for the car quality, this company probably has the worst in the entire US. Not a single car had less than 10,000 miles, and they were all the lowest configurations.

On drop off, at 6:30am, a little confusing as to what I had paid for , and staff a little in-experienced for directions to us, about leaving key and car .

Very easy rental, and a great price.I went with compact car, and next time will go with slightly larger for comfort ,and storage.

When I arrived at the counter, with a reservation, they told me they didn't have any cars. No explanation and no other options. Because I asked around at other counters, a manager overheard me and was able to get me a car but the staff at the counter were terrible and dismissive. It took me well over an hour to get a car.
