The wait at Thrifty was long, over a half hour. I got a Kia Soul and I was supposed to get a Nissan Rogue or similar and this was not. I had to pay $10 extra per day to get a larger car. This was not fair. I also feel that it was false advertising because it said it was at the airport and it was not. The car I ended up with was fine but I would not use Thrifty again. Another complaint is that the clerk tried to charge me more initially than what I was quoted and only when I spoke up did he give me the price I was quoted.

first car picked up stickers expired before my rental was complete so had to go back and get another car. had to go back to counter. the next car was pretty beat up but served my needs.
