Worse than it should have been

We waited for more than 3 hours to get the car. When your holiday is for 2 days, that in itself will screw the whole thing.. this is just unacceptable

Did not get the car I originally booked and ended up paying a lot more than expected!!

Counter staff very helpful and the colleague at the collection point was really helpful

The car was amazing. The staff at the car park were really friendly and helpful too. But the staff at the desk were not so friendly and also a bit of a mess - a long queue formed and we waited almost an hour even though we arrived with just 2 groups in front of us. Also, I would recommend taking photos of the car beforehand. There was a scratch that was not caused by us but had not been recorded. The blame would have been put on us had I not taken a photo that showed it was there before we left.

Everything was so easy and quick! And the auto rebook was really good.

Didn't like rip off insurance extras and withholding over £1000 for over a week. The 'sell' makes the experience stressful. A scratch was also missed on checkout and the agent didn't send me an updated form as he promised. These moments and poor reputation of gold cars lead to distrust
