Car was listed as holding 7 people PLUS 3 large bags. We packed accordingly. the vehicle provided, and the only one available to us, could barely hold 7 people AT THE EXPENSE of any luggage room. As a consequence we had to hire an additional car and spend our holiday carpooling. Totally disappointing and borderline fraudulent as far as the accuracy of vehicle capacity as described.

Excellent! I arrived at 1 PM, which is their break time. I waited at the door for an hour! The staff was very professional and extremely nice!

They close at 10 PM, and there is a Carrefour nearby with a gas station. The service attitude was quite good. I booked a Renault SUV, but they upgraded me to a Land Rover SUV for free.

A very good company, but the wait time for picking up the car was too long. There was only one customer being served before me, and I waited for over 20 minutes. After completing the paperwork, I had to wait another 10 minutes at the parking garage. Previously, in the US, Hertz rental process was very quick. Is this a common issue in Europe? Nonetheless, the process was smooth, with no extra sales pitches.
