Terrible

Ace is an American company which has no presence at Bordeaux airport. You pick up the cars from Goldcar and the queue for the desk is huge because it is not big enough for the amount of customers. I had terrible customer service between Ace and Goldcar when my daughter was taken into hospital and I could not return the car because their process and systems are not aligned. I would not recommend using them

We got an upgrade car as no cars in the category which we ordered were available. Nice car, friendly staff but no spare wheel in car or water in screen wiper tank. Otherwise great.

The wait to pick up the car was rediculously long, especially in a warm airport with 2 young children. Counter staff were quite rude and once we realised car was far too small, we weren't able to upgrade. Wait for return was also quite lengthy.

Booking was smooth and easy to include all waivers.

Pick up takes too bloody long!!!!!! Too lo g winded process.

Could have mentioned at time of booking that Ace is at the Goldcar desk

The insurance options and fuel refill terms were complex. When I booked I didn't realise a diesel rental car has a tax in France
