After I explained, they were very understanding and told me it was okay and I didn't need to pay extra. I was very touched, and the return process only took 6 minutes. The car was a local brand, had 40,000 kilometers on it, and was in good condition. Filling the tank cost about 65 CAD. The trunk was very spacious; we fit one size 28, two size 24, and one children's suitcase perfectly. I will consider this company for future self-driving trips.
