The car pickup process was convenient and efficient, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The vehicle was in great condition and very easy to drive. We drove from Calgary to Banff, Jasper, Hinton, and Canmore, covering thousands of kilometers over a week. It was a worry-free and pleasant experience!

Dislike: I could not do the inspection after drop-off because they wanted to wash the car first and I had to catch my flight.
