There was a little mix-up at first; there was no car in the A12 spot, so I just went back to the little booth, and they reassigned me to another car. It was very smooth.

It was easy and affordable! I highly recommend them!

Staff of downtown Bellevue location was great !! Very friendly. Drop off didn’t take long at all.

Moved my daughter back to Michigan from Seattle. Wasn’t sure how long it would take us to drive the trip. Booked the vehicle for 6 days; only needed it 4 days. Was disappointed that the rate was not prorated to refund the days I didn’t use. Aside from that surprise at the end of our rental; everything else was fine. Feel that should have been highlighted better in the rental agreement.
