I chose full insurance from the car rental company when booking through QEEQ. At pickup, they offered roadside assistance, which I declined, and they didn't push further. I reserved a C-class Nissan Versa but received a B-class Kia Forte instead. The starting mileage was about 37,000 miles, but the car's condition was decent. While driving, a small stone cracked the front windshield. Since I had full insurance, when returning the car, they only asked about the cause, location, and time of the damage, and the insurance covered everything. A $200 deposit was required at pickup and was refunded immediately after returning the car. Gas prices in California are generally high, and it seems the company estimates a full tank at a higher cost. So, I recommend skipping their refueling option and just refilling the tank yourself before returning the car.

Our Chevy Malibu was quite good. It was a more experienced rental car with a few dings. I worried we might get blamed for some of those, but we did not. Our helper at the rental desk was very friendly and helpful. The return was made with no trouble at all.

I shopped around, but booked with Qeeq / EasyRentCars because we actually got a bigger, better vehicle at a lower price. This is my second booking with EasyRent and both have provided the best value I've found. I hope you can keep it up!

The counter stuff always offer more things to contract. Becames more expensive.
