Terrible worst experience every will not be using this company again

Car was good condition

The car was different to the one booked. It was a larger car so not as easy for city driving but we were happy with the extra space. The car was a Japanese import and had an entertainment system that was very hard to use. This radio bandwidth expander should be changed and the satnav maps updated.

The pick up is a bit further from the airport but it is okay as they come to pick us up in a shuttle. Approximately 7-8 minutes drive from the airport. Some issues with drop off as no staff at the depot so had to wait for about 30 minutes. I rang them and was told that they are dropping off a customer to the airport. If it wasn't for the flight delay, I would have missed my flight.

Would prefer it if I can see the year of the car.

Pick up and drop off was extremely prompt and efficient. Photos were taken of the car and a quick check done on drop off. Previously with a different rental company at drop off they went over it in minute detail that gave the impression that any little tiny stone chip would result in a charge but ezu indicated that little stone chip on the front would be considered normal wear and tear so that was comforting to us after our prior experience. we would definately use them again.

Counter staff excellent. Had to wait a very long time to pickup as the only staff attendant was at the airport picking up others then we had to wait for them to organise their vehicle which took a very long time. Drop off time and staff fantastic
