Very satisfied, the entire process took very little time!

Overall good, but I have a small complaint. When we arrived at the pickup point, they spent quite a bit of time trying to upsell us different upgraded models. I wouldn't mind this normally, but they ended up using nearly 30 minutes for the sales pitch and counted that as part of my rental time. This means the rental period started from the moment they greeted me, not when we finished the process, and 80% of that time was spent on upselling.

I had an accident when I was traveling in the UK around 1 a.m. But, they didn't respond, and I had to deal with the situation by myself. So, hope to enhance the midnight emergency service. Except for it, it was perfect.

Like: Service staff AMINAH at London Heathrow pick up was excellent. Friendly and efficient...even though it was near Christmas and I arrived at a time when the colleagues were going to take a group photo, she helped out immediately and was very friendly and helpful. Good job Aminah and thank you!
Dislike: Returning the car was a pain. There was no transport back to civilisation. I had to struggle to get out. If there was a courtesy bus back to the Terminals, nobody told me!!!! I walked and walked to find a bus stop to my hotel.
