Pickup was super slow, but return was super fast. Originally booked a Highlander, ended up with a Kia. The car was in good condition.

The experience was okay, they asked if I wanted insurance, saying it would be risky without it. But I already bought insurance from the intermediary website. I guess the information between the two sides wasn't communicated. The intermediary sites probably make money from insurance. I've heard that insurance bought directly from the rental company is more effective and reliable if there's an accident, so next time I won't buy insurance from an intermediary site.
