Great company! My husband and I traveled together, and we could pick up the car right after leaving the airport. We just needed to get the key and drive. Returning the car was also very convenient; we simply dropped the key off. However, we encountered some additional charges that were not explained.

Budget at Tenerife South is by far the best hire company with a spacious site, lots of booking staff and almost new- if not new cars on offer!- I now make a bee line to them

Just - The best! I loaded up my polo up with flat packs from Ikea and built my mum a dining table and six chairs- saved the cost of transportation in the hire alone!!- Magic

At pickup the counter staff insisted upon charging me a refuelling charge even though I had booked Full to Full. The Voucher was not complete with Full to Full details. I had to use my own phone to get onto my Emails to find reference to Full to Full. Staff claimed they did not have internet access to do this themselves. Eventually showed them the confirmation and had a new contract printed. Still waiting to see if they refund me the refuelling charge on my credit card. This was highly stressful and meant that I was forgotten about for a long time whilst later arriving customers were dealt with.
