Waited for an hour at the airport for the shuttle, then waited another half hour in line. It took three trips to transport 8 people!

It appears to be a Mexican-operated store. The company seems to have only five staff: one for driving the shuttle, one for cleaning cars, one for handing over cars, and two for customer service, making the wait time quite long. The staff is rather inflexible, requiring a translated document. I didn't need a translated document in New Zealand, the UK, or Spain. This led me to find a translator urgently. Thankfully, the translator was very accommodating and agreed to translate first and get paid after I got the car. It took just half an hour to get it done and submit it to the rental company.

The instructions were unclear, and it took half an hour to pick up and drop off the car.

I will NEVER use your service or the rental company Routes again. The staff at Routes were rude (put me on hold and hung up twice while i requested pick up), would not honor my agreement stating the changes were due to ICBCs recent insurance chands and the only solution they wanted to provide was to send me to their competitor.

Will rent again from Routes for my next trip.
