The staff were very friendly and helpful, even with my poor English, I was able to rent a car without any issues.

The staff at the rental company were very friendly. Although they did promote some additional services, there was no hard sell or forceful tactics. Since I returned the car after closing hours, there was no extra charge. They even called me the next day to confirm that everything was fine with the vehicle. Excellent service!
