Original car provided was dirty and in poor condition with multiple scratches and dents.

The counter staff was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The young man made sure we were satisfied with the car before completing our transaction. He was pleasant and patient.

Everything else was good, but it was hard to find the car in the parking lot. I didn't know the way to walk from the store to the parking lot. The two adjacent parking lots were not connected, the signs were unclear, and I ended up in the wrong parking lot on the right. It took walking outside the building to find the rental company's parking entrance and then walking down the ramp to the -4 level to find the car.

I found the service attitude to be quite good. They didn't push me to buy local insurance. The staff was enthusiastic and attentive. A very nice experience.
