The counter staff were helpful but the garage staff were not very helpful or knowledgeable. We arrived after a long flight in the evening and got perhaps two minutes familiarisation with the car which was really too little especially as it was not the car expected...

Great attitude, and they upgraded me to a Hyundai Veloster for free because they were out of cars. The car was brand new too, with only 300+ miles when I got it... by the time I returned it, the odometer was already over 3000 miles.

Dislike: The sat nav we purchased when we ordered from the UK was a) not necessary as the car had one so we spent money we did not need to and b) the sat nav we paid for was not up to date.
