For some reason Easy Rent Cars were cheaper than going direct to the car firm. Didnt use the price drop protection but checked many times and never saw cheaper than when I booked.

The pickup location was clear, we found it and got the car smoothly. However, the return location was not well explained as it was in the underground parking entrance of Euston Station. The store phone was unreachable, and there were no signs on the ground level. After searching for over an hour, we finally asked a local who directed us to the underground parking. The map and address provided by the rental company's customer service were inaccurate. It is recommended to have clear signage at the ground entrance or instructions indicating that the return location is in the underground parking.

“Upselling based on not having the car that you ordered”

Really disappointed with Europcar. Was told on arrival that they only have a Vauxhall Mokka, rather than the Qashqai. "Offered" an upgrade to an XC90, at just £90 per day as my choice wasn't available. Then offered a mercedes at an extra 50 per day. Still wanted my choice but was told the Mokka is the same. It definitely is not
