Very satisfied, upgraded to a Mercedes A200. The rental staff were very enthusiastic, escorted me to the car for handover on-site, and kindly pointed out several parking locations for returns. I’ll rent from this company again if I get the chance.

The car's AC did not work and the front driver side window did not close properly.

Not the same car booked, but a different alternate. In the same range. Car was quite okay with our expectations but since an hybrid vehicles, was in need of bettery service / maintenance and that was the only message promoting on display periodically. Otherwise, all fine.

Would definitely recommend EasyRentCars for easy, smooth and confirmed bookings and certainly for great price deals!

Like: Ease of collection and friendly helpful staff.
Dislike: The car hadn't seemed to be hoovered out after the last rental.
