It was my first time driving abroad, and I chose Eurocar. It was a terrible experience. When we arrived at the store at the scheduled time, the staff told us they didn't have the car we reserved, not even a similar one. They wanted me to pay extra to upgrade to a Benz C-class. The staff were not proactive in solving the issue. After several communications, they finally suggested we switch to a Golf, misleading us by saying it had more space than the Benz B180 we originally booked. To save time, we had no choice but to take the Golf, which only reduced the rental fee by 300 RMB for the seven days. It was an especially frustrating rental experience.

Car was new and very clean, staff were pleasant and explained everything clearly. Drop off was quick.

The car had damage on it that was not recorded correctly so be careful when collecting the car. As always, check the car yourself thoroughly...
