My 1st car rental experience, very satisfied, good experience, encourage me to book for next trip.

Pretty good

To avoid renting a 5 2 small 7-seater MPV, I specifically chose one of the only two large MPVs on the ZuZuCar website offered by Hertz (Citroen Spacetourer manual or similar). But at the Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport Terminal 1 when signing the rental contract, I was given a Volkswagen Sharan (UH60 BB VW SHARAN GPS BVA), a typical 5 2 7-seater, which can't fit five 20-inch suitcases when seating five adults and a child. After repeatedly requesting a larger model, they said there were none available, and the only option was to pay more for a 9-seater. Looking at Hertz's model card on-site, the I group doesn't even have the Sharan. Is this compact 5 2 MPV really what ZuZuCar considers a large MPV?

The staff had a good attitude, but the service was slightly slow.

There are too many people renting cars, and the waiting time is too long.

It's easy to find. You can see it right after exiting the terminal. Very convenient.
