Great Experience and will definitely use it again.

The car was not in great shape. There was residue from stickers all over the car and the side windows. The interior could have been cleaner. Counter staff was not friendly and difficult to understand. The Routes service location was dirty, in poor repair and garbage was strewn all over the ground while staff were sitting around. Not a great impression or great experience.

Good, easy to use service, highly recommend

The location was a bit off the beaten path, but easy to find and navigate to. We got our car within a reasonable time, and it was a very new model, a great value for the price. My only complaint was the faint cigarette smell in the car, but a minor issue.

Like: Staff was efficient and very courteous. Clean, low cost office and grounds for incredibly low cost of car rental.
Dislike: The limited free mileage of 200 kilometers made me have to keep that in mind the whole trip, so it limited my trip.
