Waited for an hour at the airport for the shuttle, then waited another half hour in line. It took three trips to transport 8 people!

We waited a long time to get the car, the staff at the counter and on the phone were not very friendly. The car was not very clean, they hosed down the outside while we were waiting, the inside was dusty and dirty. The prices were really good.

It was really easy to book online.

It had sticker glue on the side window (fairly large) that was a little embarrassing. I would’ve appreciated if not being on the car.

I waited a fair time for pick up but some other folks said they’d been waiting almost 40 mins to be picked up by the shuttle. I would now only use your service when I expect to have tons of time.

The shuttle from the airport was a horrendous THREE HOUR experience due to mainly traffic. Once at the Routes office yet another agonizing 50 minute wait due to inconsiderate and inexperienced staff. After 35 minutes to get through the sign-in, the pre-inspection found the vehicle was NOT clean and ready, the lot jockey collided with another vehicle in their lot rushing it over to the cleaning bay. Another vehicle was brought in, NOT clean, so we had another 15 minute wait to finally get our “not to clean” vehicle ! This four hour + fiasco set us nicely into Vancouver rush hour traffic which was not in my plans considering we landed at YVR at at 12:45pm

Like: The shuttle driver was very very friendly. He did not waste any time. The day we returned the vehicle. The girl was super friendly also. We have already booked our next rental with them in Sept.
