Second day I could not start the car. I called them back and they said sorry we are under staffed.

Not enough staff with over booking that makes the pickup process very slow.

Shuttle pick up time was longer than expected. Shuttle driver and counter staff were very polite and friendly. More shuttle service and additional counter staff will be helpful for faster customer service.

It was very easy to book online.

Very weird business, very short staffed and poorly organized. A lot of people on both visits were basically panicking by how bad it was.

I thought the staff could have talked to me more directly. They seemed to think that I knew more than I really did.

Like: Location and shuttle are perfect....no need to rent at airport. This was almost the same experience...without the fancy counter.
Dislike: The airport arrival pickup was not clearly written. I thought I had to walk through the airport rental garage to find shuttle pick up area, when in fact, it was right outside the airport door. I had to call twice to ensireninwas in correct spot. The longest part of the pick-up, was waiting while the agent answered same phone calls over and over. I wasn't the only one confused by the description. Just wait at the shuttle stand, they come frequently!!!
