Second day I could not start the car. I called them back and they said sorry we are under staffed.

The car was not in great shape. There was residue from stickers all over the car and the side windows. The interior could have been cleaner. Counter staff was not friendly and difficult to understand. The Routes service location was dirty, in poor repair and garbage was strewn all over the ground while staff were sitting around. Not a great impression or great experience.

Clean up your office inside and out. Clean your cars and put gas in them. Extend your hours for pick up and drop off to airport

KIA vehicle has some problem when it climbed high degree road. It was not much power to uphill.

Had a long wait for pickup from airport Was offered a car that had a cracked windscreen and still to be cleaned I refused that car I enquired about another car on the lot was told it was unavailable. Eventually got another vehicle sitting on the same lot!!!

Like: although it takes a bit to get there from the airport via pick-up service. It was a very good price for the SUV I had reserved so this extra time was ok for me. It's a reduced to the max rental place with office in a Container, but everything went smooth! top Car, friendly & helpful staff and a little upgrade. Thank you Routes Car!
