Due to personal reasons, I couldn't pick up the car on time. Hertz did not inform me, and when I went to the store the next day, they said there were no available cars and asked me to come back in the afternoon. When I arrived in the afternoon, they gave me a downgraded car, a Corolla, and told me to go to another Hertz location to get the car I booked. The staff also insisted I buy insurance, even though I had already bought full insurance through Zuzuche.

The car was fantastic! Did a ton of driving around LA and spent so little on charging. What a bargain.

Coming from Canada, an international driver’s license was unnecessary as the rental company didn’t even want to see it so that was a waste of money.

Excelente platform.

We had an initial problem in convincing them that we should be reimbursed for having to buy a new tire when we had a flat the first day, but they came through in the end and reimbursed us a month later.

Easy rental experience. Really liked being able to book car insurances in advance when renting.
