Ease of booking

The AVIS staff at London Heathrow Airport were very friendly, courteous, and highly professional.

The service is pretty good. They might ask if you want to upgrade to a bigger car; you can just refuse. There aren’t many people, and the pick-up and drop-off procedures are quite smooth.

Satisfied

The car rental company's service was quite good, but the vehicle was not the one we reserved online. We booked a Peugeot 5008, but when we arrived, they informed us that it was no longer available. We had to accept a Citroën C4 Picasso. After accommodating 7 people, the trunk space became very limited, so we ended up driving in relatively cramped conditions for the entire 13-day trip.

I had a full insurance order, but the staff at the counter didn't check properly and added extra insurance. When returning the car, I found the cost to be higher. After some negotiation and showing the original order, the issue was resolved smoothly. Apart from this hassle, the overall process was quick and smooth, and the company was reasonable.
