Easy were easy.... Ezu was frustrating

When picking up the car, it didn’t have enough fuel. In Queenstown, there was only one staff member, and it took about an hour to get picked up and go to the company to get the car. When picking up the car, it didn’t have enough fuel.

The reception attitude on the day we picked up the car was very indifferent. When we returned the car, there was no one at the store, and no message was sent to us. We were very anxious because we had to catch a flight back home. They didn't answer the phone, and later replied on WeChat saying that there's no use in rushing as they are coming to pick us up. It felt very unpleasant. The car was quite old and didn't have in-car charging. The cigarette lighter socket was not functional. It wasn't as thoughtful as the other company we used previously.

Surprising good quality of the vehicle given the price. When we picked up the car, the guy took about 20 photos of the car including the inside, seemed excessive. When we brought it back, they wouldn't give me a receipt and the whole process of returning it seemed a bit sketchy, but hard to beat the price we paid.

Provided car is very nice and like new condition. Great experince.
