I returned the car with a full tank, but they claimed it was not full and charged me for 1.8 gallons (about 6.8 liters). They said the tank was 15.5 gallons when I picked up the car and 13.7 gallons when I returned it. Whether the rental company has the ability and time to accurately measure the fuel level is questionable. Even after the fuel nozzle clicks, you can still add a few more liters. They charged $9.9 per liter plus an 11.11% service fee. Extremely dissatisfied.

At Philadelphia Airport, Budget feels like a small car rental company. The shuttle buses are small and infrequent. I waited for half an hour, and no bus came. Other companies like AVIS, ALAMO, and Hertz had their shuttles come by three times, but Budget's bus never arrived. I ended up taking the AVIS shuttle and walking to Budget.

They bundle high-cost insurance easily, leading to additional purchases. Make sure to firmly refuse.

Car was fine. I wanted small and efficient. No manual in car. Had to call to ask about tire pressure warning that went off right away. Nothing to worry about I was told
