When we picked up the car in Los Angeles, communication over the phone was timely. The girl who picked us up at the store had a great attitude and recommended places to visit and eat. She also gave us driving tips.

No waiting in line, immediate service upon arrival.

YESAWAY was amazing. I've never used it before, but I will surely use it again. The only issue we had was with the gas tank when returning the car. Still waiting to hear back since I'm hoping not to be charged.

Car definitely exceeded expectation. Very nice! Great price! Employees very nice and friendly. Only thing is the so called shuttle service. It’s a city bus that only stops/picks up at certain terminals and hard to find. I ended up taking a cab for $20 so not too bad. They paid for an Uber back to airport when I dropped off car. So they are really nice just wasn’t aware of how shuttle service worked. I will definitely rent from them again.

The car was a 2016 car which is rather old for a rental car. The front tires were not in a very good condition (I would have replaced them if they were on my personal car). I mentioned that to your employees and asked for a different car, but they were very firm not to meet my request.
