The Black staff member was very easygoing and hardly pushed for insurance, which was great. Hertz is much better than Swift. That company uses tricks and threats to make you buy insurance, refusing to proceed with the process and stalling until you demand to see the manager—it's all a pre-planned, ridiculous act.

They mentioned the car had an EZPass, so I assumed it was activated. I used the EZPass lanes all the way, only to find out later that it needed to be turned on to be active. Now I don't know how to deal with all the toll fees, fines, and late charges.

Best booking site for rental vehicles I know, but I wish there were more available packages that included insurance or at least tips on how to more easily find those that do have it included. Other than that, I think it is great.
