Enterprise were fine and Phoenix and Raul tried hard to make sure I was happy.

The platform did what I needed. But I emailed Qeek with a question about if I needed an International Driving Permit for Spain. They responded that I did, though the Govt website said I did not. Actually, I did not need an IDP.

Unfriendly attitude

The staff was very polite and friendly, and their English was excellent. They explained the entire process clearly, and the car had only driven a bit over 5,000 kilometers.

We chose an MVP model considering we had a lot of luggage for four people. When we got to the store, we were given a Ford Focus instead, and switching to an A4 required an extra fee. We had no choice but to pay more. The A4 just barely fit our luggage. The car rental company's service was very good overall; they were very friendly and smiling throughout the process. In the end, we also bought basic insurance without any issues. Returning the car was also very amicable.
