Very nice car.

Overall good

The pickup point was located under Plaza de España in Madrid. This company explains many details clearly when renting a car, including the deposit, additional rental fees, the proportion of damage to the vehicle, and insurance coverage. Later, when we were unfamiliar with the car's functions, the staff was very helpful. Overall, she was enthusiastic and responsible, and didn't push their insurance on us. We had a very good impression of her. The drop-off point in Seville was easy to find, and the return process was very quick, taking only a few minutes. The staff was very professional and provided service with a smile.

Not satisfied mainly due to the insurance claims process. It's been a month since I returned home, and I've sent 5 or 6 emails requesting documentation, but apart from the first reply, there has been no response. Each store has only 1 or 2 customer service representatives who speak English, and the hotline is hard to reach, resulting in a lot of wasted time and money.

Had to wait for a long time when returning the car.

The staff were very friendly and the rental process was quick.
