They gave me a car key and made me push the cart with all my luggage to the car park, where there was no service personnel from your company, only others. After taking my credit card, the staff charged it without informing me, and I immediately saw a charge of over 60 NZD from my bank. I didn't enter a PIN or sign anything. This is not efficient service and raises trust issues. The last rental company from Auckland did not have such unprofessional service. This experience has made my vacation complicated. If using your website's process, please fulfill your responsibilities and coordinate properly. Do not create problems for customers, and ensure transparent communication.

The front desk guy explained everything in detail and was very patient. The car condition was excellent.

The vehicles are relatively new, and the staff's attitude is nice.
