Great experience

This time I rented a car from BUDGET, and compared to others, they asked more detailed questions and the registration process was more comprehensive. There was even a staff member providing instructions beside the actual vehicle. Overall, very satisfied.

The staff at Routes during our pick up was very rude and un-accommodating. We were originally picked up by a shuttle bus that didn’t belong to Routes, and taken to the wrong location. Once back at the airport and had the shuttle come again, the driver was very rude and told us we wouldn’t fit. We had a screaming baby and 2 small kids with us, and he was not willing to accommodate us at all. Or even offer any compassion to our situation. When we arrived at Routes the desk staff was rude, pushy and difficult to deal with. Overall Routes was not a pleasant place to rent from.

Very easy service to work with.

I ordered a medium Nissan suv, they seemed to want to push me in a jeep wranfler instead. I pushed back to get the Nissan. It was onlyb5000 km old. Very technically advance, could steer itself around corners type technology. Car was flawless in performance and got great fuel economy

Great booking platform, I have recommended it to a few friends. I used from Australia to book in Canada. Have checked on the app for Australia, new Zealand and the States too.

If you rent a car and it’s should be the car you rent and I did not get that
