We had to wait by the pink W. But it didn't say where that was. And the airport staff didn't no this either. Would have been beter if they had said by the pink W by door number so and so. For the rest the service was great and the car as well.

No comments great way to hire. Love the price drop.

The pickup point was near impossible to locate. They spoke of a 'pink P" sign to stand near, but it could not be seen and was not known by airport staff we asked.(We finally saw it and it was only visable from the incoming road) The pickup vehicle did not have any log on it, and we were finally told the last 3 digits of the registration.

On calling your office for pick your staff on the phone, English language was very difficult to understand, not able to give clear directions for pick up at the arrivals terminal in Auckland international airport. Your van has not advertising therefore when searching for the van there are hundreds of white vans! On arriving at your pick up location your staff were going to give me a very old SVU and not the one you advertise on your web page!!! Then I got a million excuses why I couldn’t get the car I booked... reason other people had booked ..... hello I booked this car back in April!!! Then the staff finally agreed to give me an upgrade in all the process took over an hour ! Staff are polite but very inexperienced and poor English!

Do ask about the excess and the insurance and they do not mention it. We had to ask a couple of times, I guess it was just the language barrier.
