No additional upselling, just asked if I needed an upgrade. Overall, the pick-up process was very smooth. However, the Nissan X-Trail given this time wasn't as good as the previous Honda CR-V; the 1.5T three-cylinder engine's performance was quite poor, and the fuel consumption wasn't any better.

I only inquired about whether insurance was needed and whether the car should be returned with a full tank, other than that they didn't bother me with unnecessary details, which was nice. As for the car model, the staff selects it for you (with company A, you can choose a car of the same specifications in the parking area yourself). If you have specific model requirements, you might want to ask when they confirm your order. I used to always go with company A because they had an automated pickup machine which saved dealing with staff. This time, I found out that the automated machine was shut down, and I had to wait in line to talk to the staff.

The drop off location had an interior sign that couldn't be visible from the street I was lost for half hour and finally had to drop off the car in the other location.

The car interior is less than clean. I would expect it to be cleaner.
