This car rental company is a complete scam. We clearly told the counter staff that we didn't want any insurance because we had already purchased full insurance from Zuzuche and showed them the proof. They spoke in Italian and used an Italian contract to charge us over a thousand euros for extra insurance, even though our rental fee was only two hundred euros. It's outright fraud.

The pick-up location and the paperwork location are different, and the order doesn't provide the paperwork address. The staff at the parking lot were extremely unhelpful. The return location wasn't given in detail; the map points to the main road.

What a TERRIBLE experience. I waited with dozens of other people for 90 minutes!!! Totally unacceptable. And the manager was clearly uninterested in the situation. We didn’t get the car we rented but I just couldn’t wait any longer. I will not rent from Budget again.

First thiong I was asked, if I want upgrade, which I answered of course. I already prepaid everything for the car and then I found out that the amount for the upgrade was triple extra then I already payed. I refused everything and told the lady that I don’t want any upgrades just give me the car I booked. She got mad and said ok, I’ll give you the upgrade for the same amount. Everything in Italian on the invoice. When i came back to drop off, I found out that the same amount actually have to pay extra. And only way how can i Fight for my money is to issue customer complaint through web page. If I won’t resolve this issue, never ever again renting a car on Budget or Avis.
