The service attitude and the condition of the vehicle were very satisfactory. However, we rented our car from Munich and returned it in Cologne. On the return day, we were circling the airport early in the morning and couldn't find the return location, nor anyone to ask. We almost missed our flight. I hope that in the future the car rental company can clearly indicate the return location at the airport or specify it in detail in our order. Otherwise, it could cause customers to miss their flights.

When picking up the car, the fuel tank was not full; it was one bar short, but they still required us to return it with a full tank.
