I booked a Volvo S60 but was given an Audi A4 station wagon instead. It was quite nice to drive; the car was new, clean, and odor-free.

The company's own insurance is expensive.

When picking up the car, we were told that the reserved vehicle was unavailable because it never existed in the first place. We were forced to switch to a Jeep SUV. The staff's communication was indifferent, and their work efficiency was very low.

Very satisfied. Lorenzo from the rental car company provided excellent service—kind, gentle, and patiently explained everything without pushing for sales. The car he helped us choose worked out great. As per company policy, there was an upgrade fee, but it was within our acceptable range.

The car is from Europcar. The queue was very long, and the reserved car was unavailable. They swapped it with a Panda, but finally, I had to pay extra to change to a 500L.

The overall service was quite good.

The upgrade was not clearly communicated, otherwise we would have refused the extra charge.

Very convenient, both pick-up and drop-off were smooth.
