If you have previous car rental experience, you'll find it convenient. They are very skilled and efficient. They will also prepare a TNG card in advance, which you will need for tolls and parking in Malaysia. Don't skip this; it will be a hassle if you don't have it—trust me.

The efficiency is too low - 30 minutes to pick up the car and 10 minutes to return it. For T2 departures, you need to allow at least an hour for returning the car, as train services are infrequent and it takes half an hour to reach T1.

It was actually the EUROCAR counter at the airport. Big company, smooth service. I forgot my physical driver’s license but they still let me rent using my IDP. Returning the car was easy too. The car itself was a bit old, but still clean and the A/C worked well.
