Overall satisfied. During pickup, there was only one staff member, which was very slow and took about an hour. Returning the car was quick, they mostly just checked the fuel level and let you go.

Overall, it was quite convenient. Returning the car felt similar to companies like Shenzhou or eHi in China. As long as the vehicle didn't have major issues, the staff didn't inspect much before accepting the return.

I booked an Opel but was given a Dacia instead. The car's features were basic and there was no USB port, which made it impossible to use phone navigation or charge the phone.

I arrived at nearly 11 PM, and the staff at the store immediately and accurately called my name. She was very patient in communicating with me, even though my English is not very good. She explained everything patiently without rushing, and clearly described the pickup location.

The car was good. It was a diesel with 33,000 kilometers on it, and I was very satisfied with its power, fuel consumption, and highway stability. The policy of returning it with an empty tank is a bit tricky. I didn't dare to estimate the fuel so precisely, so I probably added about 100 yuan more, which benefited the car rental company.

An excellent car rental experience! Cizgi includes full insurance, and I only upgraded with a €5 per day quick claim insurance without any additional upselling. I rented an Egea but had the option to choose a similar class Opel Corsa or Dacia Duster. I picked the latter for its larger space. The mileage was over 30,000 km, and the car was comfortable to drive, though the NVH performance could be better. In two days, I spent just over 600 RMB — incredibly affordable! I also paid 120 Lira for highway tolls after driving about 200 km on highways; the cost wasn’t high. Over two days, I parked roadside as I would back home without spending anything on parking. The rental was a full-to-full fuel policy. I refilled with 1,000 Lira of gas, drove 260 km, and still had over 100 Lira worth of fuel left. Overall, compared to taxi fares, renting a car in Turkey, especially if you avoid city driving, offers amazing cost-efficiency and convenience. Next time, I’ll consider renting an even better car.

The car rental and return process was smooth. The return inspection was quick and straightforward, and the car was very new. For returns at Antalya Airport, use Google Maps to navigate to 'RENT A CAR CIZIG.' Domestic navigation apps often lead to the wrong location. Do not use the QEEQ address, as it is incorrect.

I'm a beginner female driver and had never driven any other car before, but it was easy to get used to this one. I quickly became familiar with it, and although I didn't like driving in China, I loved driving in Turkey because it truly is a paradise for road trips.
