CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON ALAMO IN ZURICH

We actually arrived about 1 hour earlier than the time we gave Alamo for pickup. Still, the lady at the desk was so understanding and said she would go and check to see if the car was ready for pickup. She returned within 10 mins and said we could go and pick up the car. The girl at the car park also helped us with showing us the controls of the car since I was not familiar to the model. It was a hybrid automatic. Usually I drive a manual. The quality and condition of the car was superb. It suited our needs perfectly. We were able to load our luggage and leave for our holiday. The same girl met me at drop-off. She checked the car carefully with me and there were no issues and we were able to leave within 5 mins or so. It was ever so smooth.

It was okay, but the return signs were not clear and took a long time to find.

When we arrived, they didn’t allow us to pick up the car. After waiting for an hour, they informed us that the reserved car model was unavailable. We then waited another hour and were given a car much smaller than the one we booked, which couldn't even fit three 24-inch suitcases. The car itself was also in poor condition and at least a few hundred dollars cheaper than what we had paid for. The experience was extremely disappointing.

Wie bei jeder Buchung: QEEQ bietet nicht die Möglichkeit, die Mietdauer selbst zu verlängern. Im Falle einer Verlängerung muss man den Autovermieter direkt kontaktieren. Dies kann unter Umständen mühsam sein, da die Vorgehensweise bei jedem Autovermieter unterschiedlich ist.

Enterprise/Alamo Zürich Genferstrasse: Sehr nettes Personal. Das Auto wird vom Personal vom Parkdeck im oberen Stockwerk innerhalb weniger Minuten zum Autovermietungsbüro gebracht.

Wie bereits in Kommentaren zu früheren Bewertungen erwähnt, bietet Qeeq keine Möglichkeit, die Mietdauer direkt über die Plattform zu verlängern. Kunden müssen sich diesbezüglich direkt mit dem jeweiligen Autovermieter in Verbindung setzen.

After the car accident, both the car rental platform and the rental company shirked responsibility. I had no choice but to passively accept and bear the additional costs during the rental period. Both parties provided completely contradictory feedback, which is unacceptable. It has been two months, and the issue still hasn't been resolved.

When I picked up the car, I was given a BMW 320 Touring, which is smaller than the Passat Touring I initially reserved. The trunk couldn't fit three pieces of luggage (the Passat was advertised as being able to fit three pieces). This forced me to upgrade the car. During the upgrade, the staff claimed it would only cost an additional 20 CHF per day with no change to the insurance fee, but the actual charge was 25 CHF per day, plus close to 100 CHF in taxes (which the staff didn't mention). I emailed them, but they insisted it was my fault and said everything had been communicated. When I returned the car and confronted the staff with the order, he dishonestly claimed the charge was 20 CHF per day plus 25 CHF with taxes (the order clearly stated 25 CHF per day and nearly 100 CHF in taxes). Absolutely ridiculous.
