The overall process was very convenient, and returning the car was also hassle-free. However, the rental company I chose this time had one major drawback: when picking up the car, they charged a deposit on my credit card but did not process the release upon return. Instead, I had to wait 30 days for the amount to unfreeze automatically. If they had processed the release at the time of return, the refund would have been faster.

Hired an Infinity. Avis gave us a Jaguar. Amazing car. Outstanding service. Really appreciated the whole experience.
