The service was attentive, but it was difficult to return the car with the same fuel level.

The order was supposed to have a full tank when picked up and returned, but the tank was empty when I picked up the car. When I returned it, there were still about two bars of fuel left, but no refund for the fuel. The actual pick-up car was a Legend, very new and performed well.

The service was just average.

Everything was good overall, the process was simple, and the deposit was refunded quickly.

The vehicle was in poor condition, the seatbelt was broken, and the staff at the store offered no service. It was very unprofessional.

Great customer service.

The attitude at this location was mediocre, and the car they provided was in terrible condition. It took two attempts to start the engine. We walked to exchange some money and when we returned, the car wouldn't start. We immediately contacted the store's emergency number but no one answered. We then contacted the international rental car customer service, who failed to reach the store, and advised us to call the police! Fortunately, a helpful security guard at the bank helped us get in touch with the store's staff. The staff member said they would come right away, but we waited for two hours at their doorstep! When they finally arrived, they insisted that we had left the car lights on, but the car hadn't moved an inch! After much negotiation, they agreed to give us a car the next day at 9 AM, which interfered with our plans for the second day of our trip. Our plans for the first day were completely ruined! After further discussions, they eventually agreed to let us take a better car that was parked at the store's entrance. The car that was scheduled for 7:30 AM wasn't handed over to us until 9:30 AM. This was a horrible experience and left us with unpleasant memories of our trip!

Went to pick up the car at the scheduled time, but the store was closed. I contacted the rental service and they took a long time to reply. Eventually, I reached the store staff myself.

The battery died midway, and they said someone would come in two hours to replace it. We ended up waiting four hours...

It's okay, but a bit expensive, and they are not proactive in refunding the deposit.

The Car was very old. Not the same model that i booked. Airbags were damaged, the car can’t speed beyond 90 km/hour. The car doesn’t worth 20% of the rent paid and it was disaster and unsafe to drive it. AVIS also advised in the beginning that there is no booking in their system and i waited 1:30 hours to get the car

Counter staff at drop off very helpful and gave us a complimentary lift back to our hotel

When returning the car, an employee came to handle it, but they didn't confirm my identity. After inspecting the car, there was no paperwork signed, which felt unreliable.
