The waiting time was extremely long, almost two hours. The final agreement included many additional charges, such as a daily $10 roadside assistance fee (which was already included in the insurance purchased through the car rental site) and a $20.99/day toll fee package (which was requested in advance but more expensive than the expected $14.99). However, since I had other things to do later and was already exhausted, I didn't want to argue further.

The store staff tried to upsell. The first car provided was the same model as reserved but had many scratches. Upon request, they reluctantly replaced it with a Korean car.

Average, the car was a bit dirty.

Not bad. I initially thought there would be a Chinese translator at the counter, but there wasn't.

Most of my experience was good. Especially when I needed to replace the damaged car in Philadelphia.

When I rang to advise Qeeq of the theft there was a language barrier and maybe my Australian accent was difficult to understand. He did his best and did actually help. He even called me back to see if I was ok and advised that we could get a new car with a police report.

Like: Very efficient service and the price was much more affordable than all other car rentals and the car was great! Lived the ride back to the airport in the car I had rented. This saved me a long walk with a heavy suitcase!!

Very satisfied. They asked if I needed additional insurance, and it was fine when I said no.

Take the shuttle bus directly to the car rental company.

Convenient for returning the car in different locations, with reasonable and fair pricing.

The location is spacious, but it's somewhat remote.
