Very satisfied. I didn't bring a credit card, but the company helped me cancel the reservation. Later, I rented another car using Sesame Credit, and the car was very fuel-efficient.
Car underwhelmed and was very old, not that great to drive. Service was pretty good from the team other than the fact we weren't able to get a different car.
Although it's a bit far from the airport, there is a shuttle bus, so overall it's very convenient. The car pickup and return processes are also very fast.
