Drove carefully and thoroughly considered the need to purchase full insurance. However, shortly after picking up the car on the first day, a pedestrian informed us that half of the license plate had fallen off. Upon inspection, we found the mounting hole was broken. Without a license plate, we could not continue driving and had to return to the hotel, cutting the day's trip short. On the second day, we went back to the rental office intending to switch to a different car but were told the damage to the plate might have been caused by us, so they refused to exchange the car or requested a 200-euro fee to our credit card for processing. After spending the entire morning resolving this, the one-and-a-half-day rental plan ended up lasting less than a day. Very frustrating.
The car rental process was efficient, the service was thoughtful, the return procedure was convenient, and the vehicle was in good condition. The deposit was promptly refunded after the car was returned.

This is by far the worst car rental experience I have ever had. The counter staff fraudulently upgraded my vehicle without my consent and overcharged me 90 euros. This fee is almost double the original rental cost. I did not receive any receipts or notifications about the upgrade during the entire rental process, which is clearly fraudulent. I will definitely never rent from this car rental company again.

The rental company seemed understaffed. The same employees were handling shuttle driving, front desk tasks, and car return processing. Some staff had a negative attitude, often not responding actively to inquiries—questions had to be asked multiple times to get an answer. This wasn't just our experience; other customers waiting to pick up their cars had similar issues, with no one responding in the lobby. The first car we received hadn't been maintained; it immediately showed an engine oil change reminder upon starting. They did replace it for us quickly, but it cost us some time. Overall, if possible, it's better to choose a more renowned rental company.
They still tried to upsell insurance, even after I emphasized twice that I already purchased insurance and didn't need any additional coverage. Only then did they stop pushing.
