The booking included an additional driver. However, the staff at the store said it would cost $15. After contacting the rental platform and preparing to pay upfront, I went back to the counter and dealt with a different staff member, who processed it directly. It should have been included from the beginning. I don’t know if the previous staff member was rushing to finish work and claimed it was not included. Very disappointing.
After landing at the airport, taking the shuttle bus to the rental car building was very convenient. The car pickup process was quick, and the verification was efficient.
The overall service was average. The car I booked was downgraded by one class. If I wanted a Toyota, I had to wait, and the waiting time was uncertain.
The vehicle was acceptable, but not the model I booked. It was difficult to cancel the toll service; the staff refused to do it even before I left the store. They told me to call customer service instead. The service experience was very poor, lacking awareness of customer needs, and seemed only focused on making customers spend more money.
Couldn't reach customer service on the phone. The car was old, I didn't know how to use the key properly. After parking, I couldn't start the car or shift gears. I had to ask local people for help as customer service was unreachable.
When I went to complete the paperwork, I had to wait in line for almost an hour. Despite having paid in full, they came up with various reasons to change the car and charged me an additional 899 USD for highway fees, upgrades, and other miscellaneous fees.

Even though the counter staff were extremly friendly and helpful initially when we arrived to pick up the car, I am not sure why we were told to go and get the convertible if they knew there wasn't one available.

I got in touch with QEEQ to try and assist with my problem and to be fair to them, they did absolutely everything they could to help change the car to what we had ordered - and they managed to get a replacement the next day, so very happy with QEEQ's service!
There are hidden charges. If you don’t ask, they’ll add a bunch of random extras like insurance, towing, and toll fees, and ask you to sign. Do not listen to the store staff's upselling. Many of these are already paid for on QEEQ, just tell them you want zero extras.
