There are relatively few staff, so sometimes the lines are long. The pickup and drop-off process is quick, but the waiting time is lengthy.

1. The staff tried to upsell the store's insurance, which made the car pickup process somewhat unpleasant. 2. The car's condition wasn't good, with visible scratches. 3. The staff asked us to sign off on the car's condition before showing it to us. 4. The car's Bluetooth couldn't connect to the phone because it required a password. The staff could have been more helpful but only provided the parking spot number and left us to figure it out.

The staff had a rather indifferent attitude and the efficiency was quite low. Additionally, the pre-authorization deposit was very high (2000 euros). The overall condition of the car was poor, with many scratches and dents, but it did not affect its usability.

The car met our expectations. The staff is friendly but still try to upsell their insurance. They blocked my cc for €2000 since I didn’t take their insurance but I had no problem when returning the car.
